We came home the other day to a package from Friend of The Soapbox Katie Haegele:

A small stack of sweet literary zines for the Library collection. Since our open house in March, we have continued to get a steady influx of donations to the collection.

We are now holding regular open hours twice a month:
First Tuesdays, 6-9 pm
Third Sundays, 3-6 pm

In May, Third Sunday hours will be held off-site at Art Star Craft Bazaar on Penn’s Landing. We will be tabling May 14-15, 11-6, as the featured artist of Philadelphia Open Studio Tours. Come and visit us there to view selections from the collection, see binding and printing demos, bind your own zine, and purchase work by affiliated artists.
