Bodies of Text this Saturday

Hey friends of the Soapbox,

The Philadelphia Center for the Book’s third installment of Bodies of Text will be this Saturday at Clark Park. Come out for a refreshing way to looks at artist books and dance. More info here.

In other news, we’ve literally broken ground at the space these past two weeks and we finally have a door to the basement studio! Photos upcoming. In the meantime you can come take a gander during our library hours this month on Tuesday September 6th from 6-9pm and Sunday September 18th from 3-6pm. Come check out the newly minted “How Not to Flirt” Zine made by our own Mary Tasillo and board member Johanna Marshall.
