Letterpress Skillshare

This Sunday, January 15, from 3-6pm: Print postcards using two of the handful of printing techniques that can be employed by our Signmaker press. Print simple texts with wood type over a texture or image created by pressure printing techniques. Bring yourself and $5 to cover supply needs. Please RSVP to phillysoapbox@gmail.com. We will also be hosting a Bookbinding Skillshare during Open Hours on Tuesday, February 7, 6-9pm. Learn to sew a basic multi-signature blank book with hard covers. Learn to fold paper down for signatures, sew the pages together, and attach them to your covers. Covers can be decorated, time permitting. Materials will be provided; please bring $10 to cover material costs. RSVP to phillysoapbox@gmail.com is required ahead of time. Limited to 6 participants.
