This zine is a small square shaped publication whose pages take the reader inside the world of street art, as narrated by author Josh Macphee. Each page is flooded with photos from Macphee’s archives of street art from across America, shot between 1997-2004. This visual journey accompanied by an observation of changing urban landscapes, gentrification and a bleak capitalist future brings to light the necessity of street art in our modern world. Macphee writes with a zealous voice that will leave one with a deeper understanding and appreciation of the practice that makes his heart burst with passion.
