July 13, 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
If you have been making work during quarantine and are eager to get feedback this is for you! Soapbox Board and studio member Celia will facilitate this crit. All participants will send in their work ahead of time so we can all get familiar beforehand, and dive into it together! Some questions we might endeavor to answer together – is this done? If so, how should I think about “showing” this work? How can I turn this single piece into a series? Where can I go from here? If this pandemic has forced me to create in a new medium, how does it relate to my old work? All mediums welcome! Images of work to be discussed should be submitted to the instructor 3 days before meeting. Email address will be sent to participants upon registration. This online class requires students to have a device to join the class with reliable internet access.
