March 18, 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

NOW FULL – WORKSHOP

This historical binding is a quick and beautiful way to make a sketchbook or journal with multiple signatures. Students will learn a basic stitch and variations to explore independently. Walk away with a sewing card and two different styles of journals, plus the confidence to make many more books. With Amanda D’Amico. $35, discount for members. To join the waitlist for this workshop, visit www.phillysoapbox.org/register-for-workshops.

OPEN HOURS

Browse our library holdings and learn about upcoming workshops and volunteer opportunities. Also check our blog’s Featured Zine section to get a preview of some items in our collection, as selected by library volunteers. We welcome visitors during Open Hours to tour the space, ask us questions, and bring us your ideas. Come on over.
